With a strong academic foundation in MCA and MBA from Amity University, she began her career as a Software Engineer - but her heart was always drawn toward people, communication, and human connection. Guided by this passion, she transitioned into Human Resources, determined to bring empathy and strategy together in the workplace.
Her HR journey has been as diverse as it is enriching. From starting out as a Research Assistant at PGI, she gained analytical insight into human behaviour and organizational needs. She then moved into the online gaming industry, serving as a Senior HR Consultant and Project Coordinator, where she managed dynamic teams and fast-paced projects with agility and precision.
Over the years, her leadership grew stronger, taking her to the position of Head of HR in both IT and Advertising agencies—sectors where creativity, performance, and people intersect. She also spent successful years in media, gaining deep exposure to culture, communication, and talent management.
Her professional path then took a meaningful turn toward Ayurveda and holistic wellness, where she found purpose in promoting balance—both personal and professional. With over 12 years of experience across industries, she embodies a blend of corporate discipline and human-centered leadership.
After a rewarding tenure at Deep Ayurveda, she has now stepped into her next chapter with Purshveda, bringing her extensive experience, heartfelt commitment, and people-first philosophy to the world of men’s wellness.
