PurshVeda Connect – Shipping Policy

At PurshVeda Connect, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, efficiently, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery procedures for both domestic and international customers.

ORDER PROCESSING

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in India within 24 to 48 business hours of order confirmation and successful payment verification.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

DELIVERY TIMELINES

For Customers Within India

  • Order Processing Time: 24–48 Business Hours
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 Business Days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

For International Customers

  • Order Processing Time: 24–48 Business Hours
  • Estimated Delivery Time: 5–15 Business Days

International orders are generally shipped through trusted logistics partners such as DHL Express, FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or other available courier services depending on the destination country.

Please note that customs clearance procedures in certain countries may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery timelines.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

  • Delivery Location
  • Package Weight & Dimensions
  • Shipping Method Selected
  • Applicable Taxes & Duties

Customers can view the exact shipping charges before completing the payment process.

PRODUCT PRICING

All product prices displayed on the PurshVeda Connect platform are clearly mentioned on individual product pages and are subject to change without prior notice.

The final payable amount, including applicable taxes and shipping charges, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

PurshVeda Connect proudly serves customers across multiple countries worldwide.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Certain countries may impose import duties, customs fees, VAT, GST, or other local taxes upon arrival of the shipment. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. PurshVeda Connect has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customs Clearance Delays

While most international shipments are delivered within the estimated timeframe, customs inspections or clearance procedures may occasionally cause delays. In such situations, delivery may take longer than expected and PurshVeda Connect shall not be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or government agencies.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • The courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
  • A delivery notification may be left by the courier.
  • The customer may be required to contact the courier company directly to schedule a re-delivery or pickup.

If the shipment is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, recipient unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery, or non-payment of customs duties/taxes, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping and handling charges for re-shipment.

ORDER TRACKING & DELAYS

Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the shipment status in real time through the courier partner's tracking portal.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: customs inspections, natural disasters, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or courier partner delays. PurshVeda Connect shall not be liable for delays caused by such circumstances.

DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

Customers are advised to inspect the package carefully at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please:

  • ✔ Refuse delivery if possible.
  • ✔ Take photographs of the package.
  • ✔ Contact our customer support team immediately.

Any delivery-related concerns must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
