PurshVeda – Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

At PurshVeda, we are committed to providing only genuine, high-quality Ayurvedic products. All products available on our platform are manufactured in certified facilities or sourced directly from authorized suppliers and distributors. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure authenticity, safety, and effectiveness.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently.

  • Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 business hours after confirmation.
  • Delivery is usually completed within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, remote locations, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier partner delays.

Important Guidelines:

  • Customers are advised not to accept packages that appear tampered with, damaged, or opened.
  • If your order contains multiple products and any issue is identified, please submit a single complaint for the entire order to facilitate faster resolution.

ELIGIBLE CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered.
  • An expired product has been delivered.
  • The product received is physically damaged or tampered with.
  • The order is incomplete and one or more products are missing.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT PROCESS

Step 1: Submit Your Request
Please raise a return or replacement request within:

  • 7 days of delivery for incorrect or expired products.
  • 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing products.

You may submit your request by logging into your account and visiting the My Orders section, or by contacting our Customer Care team via email or phone.

Step 2: Review & Verification
Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

Step 3: Product Pickup
Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner.

Step 4: Self-Shipping (If Reverse Pickup Is Unavailable)
In locations where reverse pickup is not available, customers may self-ship the product through a reliable courier service. Upon verification, PurshVeda will reimburse reasonable courier charges through direct bank transfer or PurshVeda Wallet Credit.

Step 5: Refund or Replacement
After receiving the returned product, our quality assurance team will inspect it and verify the claim. Upon successful verification, a replacement product will be shipped or a refund will be initiated.

NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REPLACEABLE CONDITIONS

Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products have been opened, used, or altered.
  • Original packaging, labels, seals, or cartons are missing.
  • Return requests are submitted after the specified return period.
  • Damage or missing product complaints are reported beyond the permitted reporting timeline.
  • Products purchased under clearance, promotional, or special sale categories unless received damaged or defective.

Returns Policy Notes: Product pickup is generally scheduled within 5–7 business days after approval. PurshVeda reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

PAYMENT POLICY

PurshVeda offers secure online payment options through trusted third-party payment gateways. Available payment methods include:

  • Credit Cards / Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI
  • Digital Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

All payment transactions are subject to the terms of the respective providers. PurshVeda shall not be responsible for any payment failures, transaction declines, banking errors, or technical issues caused by third-party payment service providers.

REFUND POLICY

Product Refunds

Refunds are processed after the returned product is received and successfully verified.

  • Refund processing may take up to 10 business days from the date of receipt of returned goods.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be transferred to the customer's designated bank account within 3–5 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Charges

The following charges are non-refundable: Shipping and handling charges, Cash on Delivery charges, and any convenience fees charged by payment gateways.

Teleconsultation Appointment Refund Policy

Refunds for cancelled teleconsultation appointments will be processed according to PurshVeda's Appointment Cancellation Policy. Eligible refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 3–5 business days of cancellation approval. This also applies in cases where payment has been deducted but the booking was unsuccessful due to technical or banking failures.
